Suppose a first blog post is not unlike other experiences a person will look back on with a certain degree of discomfort.  If so, the pain will be short and sweet here.

My intent with this blog is to record the raw feelings and experiences of a joyful, genuine, and at times overwhelmed father in this modern world.  God has truly blessed the couse of my life and if nothing else, this will be a way to give thanks, confess shortcomings, and ask for forgiveness.

Regardless, this that first post.  We’ll see where we go from here.
